We recently had the opportunity to sit down with Ben Van Vlissingen, the composer behind Terra Kaffe’s original music, and discussed some of the magic behind the process of his work.

An Illinois native now living in Santa Monica, Ben comes from a creative background of skateboarding, skiing, and music that ultimately led him to where he is now, a music making maven with some impressive credits under his belt. Having made scores for everything between Law & Order and alternative country albums, he treats each job as an original piece, varying up the instrumentation, time signatures, and melodies. With an impressive repertoire and dynamic musicality, his scores have added life and soul to not only our content, but also to the creative world at large. There's no doubt Ben is a creative force to be reckoned with, and we're excited to see what else he's got brewing.
